Way Overdue!

Is it too late to post about Easter? Oh well, its going to be mostly pictures anyway. The Friday before, we went to Chavonne's house and colored Easter eggs and then did an Easter egg hunt in the basement, because the weather was bad. The kids loved it anyway, they didn't know any different. I made Kaylee's Easter dress again this year, it turned out pretty good, except its a little big, but hopefully she'll grow into it soon enough. She picked out the pattern and the material. She has pretty good taste!

They were so excited Easter morning when the Easter Bunny left them baskets full of candy eggs. Kaylee woke up first and when I walked in she said, in a very sad voice,"He brought me candy, I wanted candy." She struggles with finding the right emotions lately, its pretty funny sometimes. Dusty woke up to Kaylee telling him that the Easter Bunny came, and he got upset that he didn't get to see him. So I was explaining that he came and left in the night while he was asleep, which didn't help at all. He was MAD! Come to find out, Dusty didn't realize that he left him an Easter basket, after he found that out he didn't care anymore!
